Kathleen at the Springwood Road office is amazing!!! The personal attention she gives each patient, even doing home visitation at the care facility where my mother is a resident is exceptional. She truly cares about each of her hearing patients and wants to provide the best care for each of them. Truly a blessing!

Kathleen took care of me. She is very knowledgeable and cared deeply about my experience. Once I was tested she showed me the hearing aides that she felt would be best. The hearing aides are small and you can't tell your wearing them unless you have very short hair. My understanding is these aides are less expensive than if you go to Belltone or miracle ear. You do have to clean them frequently but overall I would recommend this place.
