The appointment is actually for my husband. The staff was very helpful. Turns out they couldn't do my hearing test due to a minor inner ear injury. They delayed the test for my own benefit and rescheduled me for later next week. We were still able to discuss hearing aid options just in case that is what is required.

No wait time, everyone was nice and professional. Sarah does a good job. 👍🏻

Took my 95 year old Mom in to see if they could adjust her hearing aids. Sara was very patient with Mom and listened to what she wanted to do. Even though they were not able to work on her brand of hearing aids they were able to make suggestions and referrals to send us in the right direction. Sara was very informative and caring. Thank you!

Was called to set up an appointment. The operator told me they would be happy to adjust my hearing aids. When I checked in the person at window told me they would not do it but would sell me another set. I spent 2k on the set I have why would I want to spend for another set. I was told my set was out of warranty because they were over 5 years old. Poir business practices and unwilling to help. Never again will I set foot inside this place. I recommend everyone to stall away. They are not there to help just line their pockets.

Destiny and Sarah were great. Very professional but also light-hearted. Answered all our questions and worked with our schedule. Would highly recommend
