HearingLife of Wilmington NC on Wrightsville

At first I wasn't happy that Hearing Life took over the audiology practice I went to, but I had a great experience when I went for my follow up appointment. Dr. Royals is a great doctor and a kind person. The people on the phone and the woman at the desk were patient and helpful.

I was greeted as soon I walked in and got everything filled out quickly and had my testing and hearing aids checked out vei nice Dr and clinic thank you

I called for a concern with my hearing aids. Staff answering the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended that we stop come by the office during their walk-in clinic. We arrived and were immediately greeted. The staff listened to our concerns inspected the hearing aids. They not only cleaned them but repaired a part that was damaged. All of this with a friendly attitude. We highly recommend Dr. Ramos and her staff at Wilmington Hearing Specialist.

This is James Sandy. Last visit, hearing aids r buzzing. The representative is very helpful we decide to postpone until we decide on new hearing aids or not. A young lady was very polite very knowledgeable thank you for your good service

Excellent !!! Dr John is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, takes him time and just makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. Nicole at the front desk is so nice. I will never go any where else now that I found Hearing Life
