The Williamston office staff were very professional and thorough. She explained everything she was going to do and why it was necessary. I felt very comfortable there and well taken care of. She explained all of my options considering hearing aids and helping my tinnitus. Very impressed, indeed!
The staff at this office are amazing. They go above and beyond to help you with any hearing aid need you have. Been dealing with this company a long time and the two ladies they have in this office now are top-notch.
We cried,we laughed, and I learned more here in 30 minutes than I learned at 3 appointments at ENT. Professional but yet personable with patients. Made me feel at home and every question I asked was answered. More than ready to hear the noises of the world again.
Gwen was wonderful to deal with, very knowledgeable and wanted what was best for my needs. I can’t leave out Brianna at the front desk, She has a great personality and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
Exceptional care. Great experience very hands on.
