Carolina QuickCare - Williamston Urgent Care

While I appreciate the fact this facility is open 7 days a week. If you schedule an appointment be prepared to wait way past your appointment. The signage in the lobby will show your estimated time but don’t believe it. I waited an over an hour past my appointment time. The signage showed my estimated wait time as 15 minutes. The receptionist was unclear when they would call me back. I would avoid this place. They are always short staffed. The provider was nice and helpful. Once I was taken back things when smooth and professional. Be prepared for this visit to consume a large chunk of your day. This is urgent care with no urgency.

I read the not so good reviews before booking an appointment and man were they wrong. I was helped as soon as I arrived. Emily was a sweetheart and helped me finish signing in( I was in excruciating pain). The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. As I expected my foot had been broken for 2 weeks. So glad I came to Quick Care. Thanks a million ladies.

My family and I have been here a couple of times and yes sometimes the wait is long but service from the staff is awesome. When we seen on social media that they were closed, it was a big blow to surrounding areas that needs a place to go to where your nearest hospital is far away and EMS is already strapped thin. Plus you're standing to have a very very longer wait time in the hospital ER. I'm so really happy that they have reopened.

Have had decent experiences in the past, but my most recent visit for my two boys was just awful! After waiting for three and a half hours (with a scheduled time slot) I was told the provider would be with me shortly. What I was unaware of was the nurse rolled a computer cart in after the 3 1/2 hour wait and walked out. A tele-visit was done for my child with a possible ear infection, no one looked at his ear, no one told me I wouldn't be seeing an actually person, no one came in to discharge us. I should have been informed when making the appointment that it was going to be a tele-visit, I could have done that from home and not brought two sick children out, but I wanted someone to actually examine them. Terrible customer service, will not be going back!

This office is the perfect example in healthcare of profile over people. Make an appointment wait 45 minutes after the appointment time to be told you actually made a reservation which just holds a spot with no expectation of being seen in a timely manner. After which the actual doctor doesn't even spend 10 minutes with the patient. Thank goodness most people pretty much know what they need to when they get there.
