Dr. Nicole took the time to explain every step clearly, listened patiently to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise truly made a difference. Thank you for helping me improve my hearing and quality of life! Denise, the receptionist was very welcoming our energies aligned immediately. Dr. Nicole’s intern is truly AMAZING! She thoroughly explained everything to me. Walked me through the process. Super supportive and very comforting. This location is a 10/10 I’ll recommend this location to all of my family and friends.

The Westfield Hearing Life office has been our go-to place for several years. Staff is professional and caring. We are very happy with their service.

Wonderful time here! From Denise up front who took all our information and got us all up to speed and then Nicole our audiologist with her assistant Erin. Everyone was so funny, pleasant and professional. Nicole really took the time to explain everything to me on what was going on with my hearing and what we could use to help me hear better. I went right ahead and ordered hearing aids and can't wait till my appointment for next week to try them on. Highly recommend coming here if you have any questions about your hearing. UPDATE: just went back to get my hearing aids fitted. Nicole explained everything to me how they work how to adjust them how to make them fit. Really took the time to explain to me everything I left there feeling great smiling and hearing better!

I brought my 90 yr old mother in law here and the staff was WONDERFUL! From booking the appointment with Denise to Dr Nicole and Erin. They are truly helpful every step of the way. Nowadays it seems hard to find good service/people that care. But this place exceeded all my expectations and more! Thank you for being awesome!
