I went in with an appointment, expecting a rush hearing test and then salesman tactics to get me to buy an overrated product that was overpriced and underperformed. I was pleasantly surprised. I got every through hearing exam and evaluation. No sitting there listening for the beep. An intensive study of my hearing issues. Then a sample hearing aid was programmed for my needs. Just with this live set of hearing aides. They improved my hearing dramatically. As I told my wife, out of all of the hearing aides that I have had in my lifetime, these were the best and really helped all the hearing issues that I had. The price was a bit steep, but they helped all the issues that I had. Best and most clear hearing aid that I have ever had. I was so happy to finally have found a hearing aid that

Ashley and her assistant were both excellent! They could not adjust my aids because of the brand. They cleaned them and were very pleased to answer my questions and advise me what I needed to do. When I need new hearing aids, I will go there first.

Easy visit and was very comfortable and was explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and felt respected and cared for .

I can hear better than ever with these new hearing device. It make a great impact my hearing no more staring into people's mouth. Thank you so very much great job.
