Very nice staff, very professional and cared about you at all times. Listened to you and explained as she went through the audio test. Very pleased with the service and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called in on Thursday of Memorial weekend with a new hearing aid issue. The receptionist asked about my issue and said, “I won’t have any staff available, but stop in when you get into town tomorrow and I will try to help you.” Not only did she help, she easily solved my wax issue and she gave me a couple of little tools so I could fix it myself (I mistakenly left Idaho without my tools). She also gave me some wipe to assist in the caring of my hearing aids. I offered to pay for her help, but she smiled and said, “no need.” Now that is truly excellent client service! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hearing test was conducted professionally. She shared the results immediately and compared them to last time.

Was glad I could schedule an appointment within a couple days of contacting office. Office area very clean & inviting.
