Crystal River Dental

This dentist made me feel BEYOND comfortable! I have never had a dentist so forward, open, and understanding. I left feeling so happy and confident with my dental plan! I will be recommending this dentist to EVERYONE I know. The environment was bright and positive! The staff from the front door to the dentist room were so friendly and welcoming! 10/10!! Thank you!

Dr. Lap Nguyen was the dentist I saw today, and I was very impressed. I recently moved to Waupaca and needed to find new doctors, including a new dentist, which felt a bit overwhelming. However, from the moment I arrived, I was put at ease. I felt relaxed and confident that I was in very good hands. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and I appreciated the time taken to ensure I understood my care. Overall, it was a great experience. I am very grateful to have found a dentist I trust — that is one important thing I can now check off my list.

My Hygienist, Angela, was very friendly and thorough. She has nice conversation and lets me answer. You know how hard it is to answer a question when someone is cleaning your teeth! Angela explained the importance of proper cleaning and not scrubbing hard on your teeth. She convinced me to get an electric toothbrush. I really like going to Crystal River Dental. I also don’t have to wait past my appointment time.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. I had to make a last minute appointment because of a broken tooth. They got me in fast.....worked through the lunch hour and it was busy. The Doctor tried to save my tooth but it wasn't possible for a crown. The Doctor was very professional and the pain was limited. We drive from Wautoma to Crystal River Dentistry for a reason. Highly recommend this place.

Every time I’m here the entire staff is friendly, helpful, kind and on top of any and all issues. I’ve had Invisalign here 1 1/2 years ago at age 70 and am thrilled with my straight teeth. The hygienists are top notch!
