Welcoming experience! Very professional. Fast and efficient. From scheduling to the end results of picking up new hearing aids. Took time to explain new device at my pace. Answered all my questions. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer service. A very open and comfortable place to visit!

This is Darlene, Alison’s sister & legal guardian. I am writing this post for both her & myself. The rating above is NOT for the personnel working at the site. Glen & Claudia ARE WoNDERUL!!! They are conscientious, hard-working people who really care about their clients. My rating above is for the COMPANY itself & if I could give you ZERO stars I would. You have promised for years that you would move the office to a location w suitable parking. BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! With all the condos going up w/in close proximity of this office there is NO LONGER a safe place for the disabled & elderly to park & come into the office. My sister has been a client of yours even before the move to Morris Ave in Union & can no longer safely get to the office. She is wheelchair bound now & w the typ

I’m Bob Burkhardt and had a great experience at the hearing life facility in Union. I am glad that I was not shaken by the screening during an event at a restaurant earlier in the week. Our technician Bela described the procedure well and I had very good results. I was told that I would be emailed a gift card but I haven’t received that yet.
