I purchased a new pair of hearing aids at the Troy office about one month ago. I traveled to Italy and the first day there found myself with only one hearing aid working. I tried everything and decided to call the office and ask for advice all while having a meltdown because one hearing aid just doesn’t work for me and I was going to be in a small non-English speaking town for an extended period of time. BONNIE SCOTT sent me a lifeline and suggested I FedEx them to the office to see what the problem was. I went through the troubleshooting process one more time a few days later, and the wax filter was simply a dud (that happens with wax filters). Bonnie is a true professional. While I’m 4,000 miles away over an ocean, she came up with a solution. The happy ending is I tried a new wax filter

It’s always a pleasure to go to Hearing Life of Troy. The receptionist is very nice and accommodating. The office is exceptionally clean. The Doctor is very friendly and always on time. So if you want a good experience, this is the place to go!

I would recommend this company. Our first visit we had some complications however, the doctor called us right back and ended up rectifying everything that went wrong with our first visit. I would definitely suggest people using them because obviously they care about their patients

Fantastic small office personal feel, yet you know quickly you are dealing with true hearing professionals. From front desk to audiologist…A+. Very clean office. Absolutely non-pushy and very patient to answer any questions (no matter how silly you may think your questions are😊). Oh - the candy selection for your treat after your appointment, Premium A-List candy. Just saying. Will post picture of my new styling hearing aids once received.
