Professional, on-time, Dr Looney is clear, concise, thorough. She explains patiently what's going on with my hearing as well as patiently answers all questions. We established a baseline with this first exam and she said hearing aids not really necessary yet and suggested we retest in a year or so. Staff is pleasant and competent and I was able to leave immediately as insurance matters were already taken care of.

I set up an appointment for an hearing test… Told them exactly what I needed. I needed a hearing test that I could submit to my insurance company so I could purchase hearing aids at Costco… Told them I needed certain codes and information. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. I arrive for my hearing test reiterated exactly what I needed again they said it wouldn’t be a problem… Went into the booth talk to the audiologist and reiterated again exactly what I needed. She abruptly told me she couldn’t do that that she can’t put her name on a hearing test that I would submit for insurance to get hearing aid somewhere else so it’s very dissatisfied.

Came to the office during the walk-in period. The waiting room wad full but the waiting patients were taken in turn at a good rate. Hearing aids needed cleaning which was completed quickly with new exterior parts replaced. Hearing aids worked like new. Very good service.

Dr. Looney is wonderful. Very professional and takes time to insure you have the correct aide. She gives detailed instructions on how to use and make appropriate adjustments depending on situation you are in. I highly recommend her.

Thorough examination and explanation of the results. Very professional . I left feeling more confident about my understanding of what my hearing deficits and surpluses. I plan to have regular hearing checkups every year.
