Barb and Toni are the best! They have taken care of me for many year’s. Today I needed help pairing my hearing aids to my new phone. To my surprise I could not call and talk to Toni. I had to talk to two different people about my problem. Like an answering service. I did not like that part!
I waited in the waiting area for over 20 minutes while the Dr. had a very personal conversation with the previous patient. I left as my time was not considered important. They rescheduled my appointment without even consulting me on date and time. I ket them know I would not be returning - and the email they sent back gave me instructions to reschedule if I wanted. They are a large organization and apparently do not care about the patient's time.
They are so helpful and kind here! Absolutely recommend seeing Hearing Life about your hearing needs.
Comfortable setting, no rush, answered all my questions- Bill made the whole experience smooth and easy! Highly recommend
