HearingLife of Rockingham NC

I had been having issues with my hearing aids with feedback and whistling. This has been going on for about 2 months. I went by the Rockingham office just to make an appointment for this issue. Jasmine was able to work me in between appointments. I explained the problem to her and in 10 minutes I was walking out with what sounded like a new set of hearing aids!! Jasmine is very efficient and was very knowledgeable with the Oticon line! I highly recommend Hearing Life of Rockingham to everyone reading this!!!

Trish went over everything while scheduling me, got me in quickly while addressing all my concerns, once I went in for my appointment with Mark Hamilton, I felt comfortable and very welcomed. He was very knowledgeable with my condition and caring. I will be staying with these guys, thank you!

Hearing life of Rockingham was a great experience. Everyone that works there is so friendly. I brought my patient and her insurance had changed, the woman at the front of the office was so helpful with getting her new info and making sure her appointment when flawless. Thank you!

I will describe my experience in just a moment but the first thing I have to say is that the greeting I received from Trish when I walked through the door was so warm and welcoming and was so comforting, especially in a World where Customer Service seems like a job no one wants…I immediately knew I was in the right place for my hearing needs! I’d like to say I had heard good things about HearingLife in Rockingham but until my visit with Mark, I didn’t realize how much I hadn’t heard at all. I am a US Navy Veteran, and proudly served aboard the USS America CV-66…an Aircraft Carrier…I never imagined the damage I’d be doing to my hearing while serving my Country and my Shipmates and I all assumed that the hearing protection we had was sufficient. First of all Trish is the bomb!!! “Best receptionist ever”award goes to her! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark, the specialist was very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. He described all our needs and explained everything very well. They both made my husband and me very comfortable and at ease. For your hearing needs these guys are the BEST by far!!
