Wonderful people to work with. Everyone is so friendly, and Dr Morgan Bowlin was excellent. She was able to relate what she was describing with things I knew from small talk we had. She made me feel very comfortable with the process, and reduced a lot of the stress I was feeling about the whole process. 100% would recommend to anyone needing their services.

Absolutely loved the service here, everything explained clearly! Office spotless! The love and kindness radiated through the office, Morgan your genuine kindness and caring was so very refreshing! Neurodivergent people are understood here!!!!

The clinician Morgan Blacksten was friendly, patient, and I was impressed when I asked her how she got into it, the bottom line for her was to help people. I needed help. She explained my hearing loss, recommended (but was not pushy about) replacing old equipment. The reason I went was not to replace but to have her confirm that my condition is permanent, not something that will improve with medications/therapy.

Rexburg Hearing Life welcomed me to the office. They were organized and prepared to evaluate my hearing loss. They offered several appropriate suggestions and presented a good option to upgrade my hearing devices. I would recommend them to anyone desiring to improve their hearing.

Friendly staff, treated all patrons with dignity and respect. Listened to patients concerns combined with testing to tune hearing aids to the best position possible. I would highly recommend trying them out.
