Customer Reviews
I went to get a free hearing test and the process was very thorough with Paige assisting me with her skill and knowledge of audiology. After testing, Paige provided me a report of my hearing and what may be preventive and may be required. It was a learning experience for me, about how we take our hearing for granted. Excellent clean location.
I’ve been a long time patient of Dr Atkins/Maher. Started losing my hearing at age 15 and there was a lot of uncertainty about the road ahead. Dr Atkins was my 3rd audiologist. I didn’t like the first two I saw. Didn’t like how they made me feel in the beginning during that dark time. Dr Atkins has been absolutely wonderful the last 17 years. She was always there for all my hearing aid needs. I’m getting another cochlear implant and won’t use hearing aids anymore. So Dr Atkins will no longer be my audiologist moving forward. Hate to see it happen. Dr Atkins is absolutely someone you want to see if you need hearing aids. She’s the best there is in the hearing aid business. I honestly mean that. She’s a real one!
Just to be clear, Bluemoth is an online sales portal. They provide no in-person support. If you have a problem they will talk with you online. If there is an equipment problem, they refer you. If you are OK with a very expensive and intimate piece of equipment - hearing aides - to be diagnosed, installed and serviced - online, then it’s fine. If you want someone to actually help you, then think twice. Yes, it is cheaper, but you get what you pay for.
Hearing Life in my father’s words “I got my life back”. Super compassionate, accommodating and treated my father with such dignity at a time he was feeling insecure. I would recommend them 100%.
They are wonderful! Paige Wendling, the Audiologist doesn't make me feel like I'm a bother when I ask questions or have concerns. She takes the time to answer and examine.
