What a wonderful experience. We ended up here after visiting a competitor closer to home. Unlike that provider, Karen was simply helpful without any attempt to up sell. In fact, no attempt to sell at all! Friendly, professional and helpful. I would like to go back just to visit, but will definitely be going there with any and all hearing aid related issues and questions. This is definitely where you want to be!!

I was very please with my visit. I can say that I have never had such a detailed ear exam. Karen was great. She explained everything to me. I appreciate that there was no high pressure sales going on as I have experience in the past. Your company and employees definitely want to make sure that your customers feel comfortable and make the best solution for their individual needs.

I cannot say enough, good things about Hearing Life. I worked with Karen and on my first visit. She was warm and welcoming. Tried to help me with the problem I was having with my hearing aids. Unfortunately, Karen had to send my hearing aids back to Oticon And they were back within the week replaced . Karen gave me a hearing test and she was very clear on what I had to do. She was very patient with me just an overall Great experience with Hearing Life. I would recommend this company to any person Who is looking to have either a hearing test or having problems with your hearing aids? This is a one stop shop. I’m so glad I found this company.

Karen was wonderful. She explained the results of the hearing test and described the difference between the hearing aids. She is so veeeerrry knowledgeable. She is a great asset to your company !!

I was taken immediately without an appointment. Karen was so very helpful. I had been a client 6 yrs ago in my home state. She let me know that I never have a bill again. They take care of their clients no matter where you are.
