The level of expertise was worth the wait to get an appointment. I had to cancel twice for snowy conditions. Dan was an expert at his job with wise counsel and suggestions to follow. If only they were in-plan with United Healthcare.

Beware — no licensed audiologist works here. If your insurance requires testing and hearing aid sales by someone with a license, don't waste your time at this location. The hearing instrument specialist called me to cancel two hours before the scheduled appointment, despite having two weeks to process my insurance because they couldn't do the standard procedure necessary to prepare my ears for a test at my initial appointment. He was also condescending, despite me knowing my exact diagnosis and having a specific hearing instrument in mind. If I hadn't asked specific, informed questions and volunteered relevant details, I wouldn't have gotten any information. Also, HearingLife has started spam texting me and sending me junk mail trying to bribe me into scheduling an appointment. On top of

Daniel is warm and friendly and certainly knows his business. He went out of his way to help me with my 10 year old hearing aids. When he finished, I could hear better than I have since my youth. A great place with caring courteous people. Highly recommend!!!

Dan very professional and trial of hearing aids eye opening! Not sure I believe everything told! $2000 difference or more for the levels is outrageous! was told the difference was because of chips inside aids! I'm. pretty sure it's most likely just software! Even if it is chip difference certainly not a $2000
