Katye pinney was polite, easy to understand and answered my questions with professional and helpful answers and also showed compassion toward my hearing sotuation and also fixed my old set of aids at no cost!!!! Very polite and easy to understand! I would recommend highly of her service along with hearing life!

Kayte Pinney is a top audiologist. She tackled my severe hearing problems and made wonderful improvements. She is genuinely interested in getting the best results. I have worn various hearing aids for over 30 years and I am satisfied with the results she achieved.

My hearing aid stopped working while I was in Myrtle Beach for vacation. Stopped in to Hearing Life to see if they could help out. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and hearing instrument specialist, Kayte. Kayte went out of her way and not only fixed the hearing aid but cleaned them both for me.

Kadie and Asheika are 2 wonderful ladies that are very respectful and caring 100% of the time. I'll never go anywhere else.

The office atmosphere and staff were great. Had a problem with one of my hearing aids that were 5 1/2 years old. Met with Kayte who identified an internal problem offer to repair. However, being that was already my third pair of hearing aids but from another business, it made sense to look at getting a new pair. She schedule me for the next day, perform a hearing test snd picked up a new pair with rechargeable batteries. She was extremely pleasant, explain in detail, very professional and reasonably priced. This now being my 4th pair, I highly recommend the Oticon product and meeting with Kayte from Hearing Life in Myrtle Beach. Great experience.
