Hearing Life was an excellent decision for me. I am very happy with my hearing aids. I charge them every night & the charge lasts all day. Everyone is always friendly & willing to help with any concerns I might have. The last time I had my hearing aids checked, Gabby was pleasant to work with. I particularly like that you can stop into the office any day between the hours of 1 & 2 with any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend Hearing Life!

The staff plus the dr were very professional, and took very good care of me.

This was my fourth contact with hearing life. I was not at all satisfied. I had gone for one of my hearing aid was not working and had to be repaired. After being repaired it never was the same. They told me that they were no longer part of my insurance and did not have one of the hearing aids connected correctly. They said it was connected to the right hearing aid and so was ok. They did not give me any advice as to how to approach anyone for any problems in the future. I am very disappointed.
