My hearing aid had broken. I usually go to the Hearing Life location in Manchester but wasn't going that way today. I stopped in at the Keene location to get it fixed. Kevin was pleasant and fixed my device quickly. I would not hesitate to go back to this location in the future.

I am from Massachusetts and I went to the Keene, New Hampshire location as it was the closest to resupply batteries. They had walk-in hours from one to 2 PM. I walked in, Kevin Was available at the desk. I called earlier and he was already familiar with my hearing history through Hearing Life so I appreciated that a lot. We chatted a little bit. He was very accommodating and very informed . I wish my insurance covered me in NH because I would definitely go back to Kevin.

I can’t overrate Hearing Life! I was so well cared for at my appointments. My tests were explained well . My new hearing aids were introduced in great detail! I really appreciate Kevin and Chris!
