The best hearing aid visit I've ever had. The most thorough testing. They answered all my questions and best of all I love my new hearing aids. So does my wife.

Dr. Kieffer is the best audiologist I've had. Her and her staff are friendly and helpful. There's a newer aid available, but she didn't try to push it on me. Recommended.

I had an appointment in July 2025 for a free hearing test. Everything was as advertised. The clinician was professional and did an excellent job of explaining each test, reviewing the results and making recommendations for hearing aids. My test results showed deterioration in hearing, but it was not so bad that hearing aids were recommended immediately -- it was up to me. I was able to complete a test with/without hearing aids so I could make a decision about using/purchasing hearing aids. I decided not to move forward this year and scheduled another hearing test for next year. I appreciated that the focus of the clinician was on my hearing tests/results and NOT pushing me to purchase hearing aids. I highly recommend HearingLife of Jacksonville Beach for your hearing concerns.

Dr. Keiffer was wonderful! She was very patient and thorough with my elderly mother. She explained the products and hearing test in detail, and really took the time and care working with an elderly person with profound hearing loss.

I've been going to hearing life for approximately 5 years. All the audiologists are absolutely wonderful. Dr Kieffer will sit and spend her time with you and answer all your questions. She is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding of your particular circumstances with hearing. I recommend anybody to go and see Dr Kieffer.
