Shannon is great, she is even making an extra effort to meet me after regular office hours today to make new molds for my hearing aides.
This review is on behalf of my father, Dr. Holt. The office opened early on a bad weather day to keep a previously scheduled appointment for him. The staff cleaned his hearing aids for a concert for his grandson that he was so excited to attend. We are so thankful to the team at HearingLife for going above and beyond for him. Thank you so much!
Shannon is wonderful with our elderly mom. She takes her time and is very sweet. She is knowledgeable about the different hearing aids. The office is very clean and there is plenty of parking 😊
It was a Very Good and informative assessment. All my questions were answered, test and examination were performed in a timely manner.
Have only been to Hearing Life 3 or 4 times and everything was great. I love how they contact you to remind you of your appointments, and the service and advice they offered. I think they are very trustworthy
