Autumn Leaves Nursing Home

My sister and I drove an hour to come visit our 97 year old aunt. She was sitting up in a wheelchair for the first day since she broke her back and came to tour facility. She was clean, dressed and in good spirits although she didn’t know we were coming. The staff was very nice. You served her a beautiful delicious looking nutritious meal while we were there. The building smelled fresh at 5:00 in the evening and everything was neat and clean. We both were greatly impressed with the place and felt good about our aunt being there. Keep up the good work!

Crazy thing. I am a licensed nursing home administrator myself. I was visiting my son in Henderson, Tx. I fell down while getting a bottle of water out of his refrigerator and fractured my left hip. I ended up choosing Autumn Leaves for recovery from hip surgery. Keep in mind I am a licensed nursing and rehab administrator myself, and I can honestly say without a doubt, my decision to admit to Autumn Leaves for rehab was the best decision I could have possibly made! Autumn Leaves rocks! Their therapists are terrific! A special thanks to Summer, Wessly, Lance, and Karen. They got me back on my feet! This place is disgusting they dropped my nana on her face, and did nothing about it! They have not called or talked to the family as of yet! Has not did anything to show that they care for there residents. I’m truly saddened to right this but something has to be done. The elderly people need to be taking care way better than they are!! Do not I mean do not send your love ones here!!!

Autumn Leaves is a nice clean facility! My mother said she could go to that place easily! She has a sister in there now and had a brother in there. Wonderful people and beautiful facility!

I am a hospice chaplain with Hospice Plus. I was visiting a patient today and the woman at the front desk was delightful and kind. As i tried to find my patient I asked a Lady at the nurses station who was very kind to direct me to my patient’s room. My visit was very pleasant both with my patient, his family, and the staff that work at this nursing home. It was a beautiful environment and the facility is setup quite nicely. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
