HearingLife made us feel comfortable right from the start. They were friendly and professional. They did not push the sale of hearing aids. Very honest and upfront. We were asked to come back for yearly tests (at no cost) to see if our hearing loss progressed. We did not need hearing aids at this time. We would strongly recommend them.
Diana is VERY helpful!!! She listens closely to what you’re telling her and sets you up as close as she can so you can hear. Very professional. She is a great asset to your company. She makes you feel very comfortable and is so friendly.
The office staff and Doctor made me feel welcome and they concerned of my well being. Great job. The test was thorough and explained it to me in detail. They did not push me to buy hearing aids. They did recommend them yet.
