I was very impressed by the extensive and precise hearing exam. Dr Joe was extremely knowledgable and able to satisfactorily answer all questions my husband and I had. Thankfully, he explained things in a way that a lay person could understand. He definitely gave us the time needed for a thorough first visit without feeling rushed. The receptionist, Nancy, who was very friendly, greeted us upon arrival and was quick to answer questions that arose as I was leaving. Overall, we were honestly surprised by the entire experience. I am so happy I called this office as now I am enjoying hearing so much better.
