I personally love the practice. Love love dr. Glasner. Very easy dr. To talk to about concerns without judgment but will give u honest open information where as most drs I have encountered just let you know the issue and what they're going to do to or for u thats it. They dont take time to give u a full run down of your probability and where ur at now with things and hes just so thorough and open. Hes great. Plus the ladies at the desk are so sweet and charming. Definitely not grumpy old sacs of potatoes like most. Very happy place and people and my kids and I been going there for years now and we're totally happy 😊

I spent almost $600 for glasses and can't see distance. I called the office and I am waiting 3 days later for a call back. Customer service is non-existing after you pay. Erin in the Hawley office is rude and not at all helpful. I will be going to another doctor after they fix my glasses and suggest you do the same.

I've used Eye Associates 2 years in a row. The staff is courteous and the eye exam went well. I ordered 3 pairs of eyeglasses; distance, readers and sun, both times. All the eyeglasses were satisfactory except the sunglasses. Both years there has been a technical glitch with polarized lenses that I never experienced prior to last year. It took 5 weeks in 2023 to receive imperfect sunglasses and over 4 weeks so far this year. If I was told about this glitch last year I would've ordered more appropriate frames, or lenses. So, when ordering polarized sunglasses here (or anywhere) be sure that you question the type of frames you may like to get. 2 star deduction for aggravation.

I went to another local eye doctor for years. Had nothing but issues. After the other doctor told me I was at high risk for glaucoma and could possibly go blind.. I came to Eye Associates of Paupack for a second opinion. Just to find that I was being fed nothing but lies at this other eye doctor. My eyes were fine. The Doctor is very patient, and explains things thoroughly. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. His staff is very helpful in picking out glasses and contacts. My glasses were ready for pick up in record time. (I was use to waiting a month, sometimes longer). I highly recommend this practice. Very honest people.

I have bought glasses and contacts over the years and have been to every eye doctor in Pike and Wayne counties. This is the first time in 12 years that I can actually see clearly. I have been harassed, pressured and up sold in the past by other eye doctors in the area, only to leave not seeing well and not happy with the whole experience. Eye Associates of Paupack was a pleasure from the second I walked in the door to the moment I left. Honest, kind and professional 100%! They are the best in the area! I HIGHLY recommend them and will be returning and recommending to anyone that will listen!
