I am very pleased with my scheduled appt yesterday at Hearing Life/Northwood Greensboro. Wendy my hearing specialist & Teah her assistant as well as Jordan who covers many areas were all excellent with their knowledge, help & professionalism. Thank you ladies.

Amazing how simple the visit was and also how reassuring too. They are wonderful people. Plus- they are participating in a project “Butts in Booths”….. it’s called something else, but essentially- you get a FREE hearing exam - so go get yours!

I was not on board with getting my hearing checked, but my wife was adamant that it was time. On the morning of my appointment I was still feeling very resistant, but then Wendy put me completely at ease. The testing she did was extremely thorough and she did a great job of explaining why our hearing is more important than just being able to hear. I was grateful for her time and attention for both me and my wife.

This place is amazing! We are visiting from Michigan for a family wedding this weekend and my father's Resound hearing aids were not working properly. I called and spoke to Artia who told me she could try to help me out since we were stuck. She helped me get his hearing aids back on track with new batteries and cleanedthem up. She couldn't charge me because he was not a patient in the system. I tried to give her a tip but she wouldn't accept it. She makes me hopeful that there are still good people in the world and we have a chance at humanity! Thanks again Artia! You Rock!

The provider was very knowledgeable about the hearing aids. I look forward to working with Hearing Life in the near future.
