UPDATE: I have removed a star given the post-visit communication I received, though this deduction does not speak to this specific location necessarily. HearingLife really tries to sell hard once you visit, understandably I suppose, however I had to ask to be removed from their call list twice. ORIGINAL: During my visit, I was treated with kindness and patience. By the time I left I felt like I had learned a lot about my hearing loss, and potential treatment.

Lee Youngblood was outstanding. She is very knowledgeable. In 1 visit she fixed both my husband’s and my issues. I have been complaining about the left ear for 2 years. Each visit with 2 separate providers, listened and shooed me out the door not taking the time to measure. We finally decided to try Lee as she was closer and it just felt right. My husband got his hearing aids in the spring and had several terrible visits. No time spent. I recommend Lee to all. Greatest experience ever.

I recently went to HearingLife in Garner,NC to have my hearing tested. I knew I had some hearing loss, and had been using OTC hearing aids, but they were not working as well as I needed. The clinic staff was very friendly, and made sure to get a thorough history of my health and hearing difficulties. The hearing test was explained and was straight forward. After the test, the results were thoroughly explained and the clinician went over my treatment options. The clinic worked with me to find the best hearing aids for me, while staying within my budget. The overall experience with HearingLife of Garner was very positive, and I feel like my needs were being met effectively.
