Honestly, although I need to get my ears cleaned first, I was impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and honesty exhibited of the staff - the technician could have done the test and told me something was wrong instead of recommending that I get the wax buildup removed before I get the test done! I was really impressed with that and I will be returning to make sure my hearing is what it is!

Great! Great people to deal with, very friendly, courteous. And professional. Thank goodness my dad had United insurance and was able to obtain a $6,900 hearing aid fully through insurance. Caitlin was very helpful with this. (Hope that's the proper spelling) I recommend this company highly, without reservation.

HearingLife did my Mother's and my annual assessment as scheduled. The Specialist greeted me and my Mom and shared the process for our annual review. She graciously cleaned our hearing aids and gave us our supplies. She checked our ears. The screening was completed and she shared the results with each of us separately. The entire session was done with patience and compassion. I commend our Specialist for her caring and professional services to me and my 84 year old Mom. All you folks that had such a wonderful experience wait until you go back and try to pick up batteries good luck. They won't answer the door they won't answer the phone and they will not return a call I finally just got so fretted and went and bought my own batteries. The people that were there when it was Avada were wonderful, warm, considerate, caring people. This new group of folks since it changed to Hearing-Life act like they have some kind of chip on their shoulder and that you are bothering them. I've bought two pair sets of hearing aides (6000.00) each and one single over the years. But I'm done with this office here in Emporia. Will be going somewhere else for future needs.
