New check in process was shared and explained. Very patient assistance given by employees. Nice experience with new technology.
Same complaint as the rest, couldn't get my antibiotic prescription and will have to wait until Monday. The pharmacist said it wasn't their fault and got defensive when I voiced my displeasure and referenced the fact that my problem wasn't unique to me.
Horrible place. Tried for a week to get a prescription filled, dinky got the doctor to call in. The pharmacist food not full the order and did not even note she had talked to me or the doctor. So it tookanother two days to get the doctor to call again and then wait to be filled. No customer care here. At all.
It was awful the lady that works in the pharmacy was rude and confrontational. All I wanted was my sons meds I didn’t ask to be treated with disrespect. If I could leave CVS in Emporia zero stars I would. Go to Walmart they do much better!!!
Try never have medicine ready on time. Lady told me at 1pm to come back before closing at 8pm I go back at 730pm she said I will have to wait until tomorrow.
