It was a very nice experience. I felt well taken care of and Dr Abby was wonderful to work with. Her whole team was great. I got hearing aids during my appointment and my world has gotten so much better. Highly recommend Hearing Life Charleston

Dr. Connell was wonderful! She explained things perfectly to help me understand it all! O’ still doing some of my own research and looking around but I was very pleased when I left the appt yesterday with all that I had been given. Looking forward to working with Dr. Connell to help my hearing issues!

Saw Dr. Abby Connell for a hearing check and hearing aid adjustment based on my new test. Dr. Abby was a wealth of information and so supportive with questions and concerns. Great experience. Would recommend.

We received a postcard from you. See attached file. In your postcard, you state, “We missed seeing you for your appointment”. REALLY? We have neither booked an appointment nor contacted you about one. Talk about an apparently underhanded business practice! Shame on you, Abby Connell and Rebecca Royse, based on this post card, for trying to fool us into thinking we missed an appointment with you when we never booked one! This is especially cruel older people with memory difficulties. Later in your postcard, you say to “call to RESCHEDULE this important appointment”, making it seem we really did miss an appointment. Dr. Abby Connell has been helping me for years and is very experienced and knowledgeable about both my auditory situation and keeping my hearing aids functioning at their best. She really listens and spends quality time with me during each visit. Her staff is wonderful and open to my calling or dropping in if any questions or concerns pop up between scheduled appointments. I highly recommend this service location at Hearing Life.
