IMO, this hearing aid business is a total scam for seniors. They charge an exorbitant amount of money, $6,000??? for hearing aids and offer very little support, if any, and the hearing aids don’t even work well. They claim that they’re top of the line and adjustable, but that is false. I wish my dad would’ve gone to Costco. Me and my brothers have spent hours trying to help him use these and we’ve spent countless hours going back back-and-forth ( we don’t live locally) to try to get proper technical support which is slow or unavailable. It’s hard enough supporting your elderly parent, but it’s really hard when the support they’re supposed to be getting takes more effort than it should. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Dr. Ramos-Sacks was concise and responsive. I wanted to compare my hearing aides with what is currently available. She tested my hearing for each type I tried.

Very friendly and nice to deal with tells you everything wonderful doctor

My experience could not have been better! The problem with a broken attachment was fixed while I waited, adjustments were made and all of this was done in a minimal amount of time. The pleasantness of our conversations was appreciated. I highly recommend doing business at this office (the Brook House) vs the other Hearing Life offices where the service didn’t come close.
