HearingLife of Brockton MA

My experience at HearingLife was excellent. Alina is a great combination of friendly and professional. She explains everything she is doing in an uncomplicated way. She shows a great deal of concern for my comfort. The tweaks that she made improved my hearing. What more could I ask for! Thank you, Alina.

They were extremely helpful and took the time to show me how I change the filter so I would not need to come as often. Just recently we had to go because the hearing aides wouldn’t charge and they figured out why quickly and took care of it answering any questions we had.

Sarah was such a wonderful helpful knowledgeable young woman. She was very accommodating and efficient. I was so pleased she was able to fix the issue quickly. She made sure everything was resolved before I left. I was skeptical about going to Brockton but will certainly go back because of her.

Hearing Life in Brockton is a breath of fresh air! I lost a hearing aid and the appointment took only 10 minutes and the new hearing aid works perfectly! It did take the insurance company two weeks to get the air, which is kind of slow... but worth it as the replacement was $400.

I am very pleased and impressed with the staff and their overall professionalism. I've only been in the office a few times but no matter how busy they are, clients are always made to feel comfortable and that they are being heard.
