I met Kaitlin at a screening in our retirement community and was impressed with her technical knowledge and her compassion. Since March 2025 with her guidance and the new & appropriate hearing aids my life is so much better. I highly recommend her to anyone with hearing issues.

I have been using Hearing Life for at least 3 years. Hearing Life finally hired a great person in Kaitlin. She has suggested different things to help me improve my hearing especially in the right ear. I’m impressed with the knowledge she has expressed to me and would highly recommend her for help.

Kaitlin was very nice and helpful. She explained everything so we could understand and was very pleasant to deal with. I'm already enjoying my hearing aids and to hear is wonderful.

I can't recommend them highly enough. This was my 3rd audiologist visit in 12 months and Kaitlin Miller excelled where the others failed: extremely friendly, she carefully explained every step of what she was doing, ran down all the options, never condescended, and best of all, was extremely gentle when working in the ears. I'm from another state and brought my mother here; the experience was so positive that I'm making my next appointment here. Very highly recommended!
