Dr. Kagan and staff are marvelous, the service is very patient and personally focused. This business is a neighborhood jewel. FYI don't go into the apartment building, use the next door nearer to 88th Street.

Dr. Aviva Kagan is the quintessential professional who happens to be a phenomenal human being. Patients do not feel like fixed entities as Dr. Kagan shares her medical knowledge in a manner that is never condescending or patronizing. Upon entering the welcoming office buttressed by her expansively lovely manner, you feel a sense of palpable peace that becomes dynamic when you are seamlessly invited to become an integral part of the solution making process. Without self-aggrandizement, Dr. Kagan knows how to translate the theoretical into practical implementation. Her humanistic attributes are only surpassed by her amazingly precise diagnostic skills. An inspiring hearing specialist to be sure!

Visited the office July 31. Was accommodated in a professional, friendly and intelligent way by the receptionist and Dr. Aviva Kogan even though they knew they had little chance of making a sale. Dr. Kogan graceously took her time to answer all the questions to my satisfaction. It was certainly a pleasant and informing visit. I most definitely recommend this service to anybody. Very happy this office is only one block from my house.
