I can't say enough good things about Hearing Solutions. When my father started having difficulties hearing, it took a while for him to decide to go and see Beth a bout hearing aids. Beth made it so easy to get an appointment for a hearing test and was able to get my father set up with hearing aids the same day (not sure if this is always the case but it was for us.) Not only that, she checked in with me after the appointment to see how things were going. Beth has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything works. She helped us set up the TV streamer and has been available for multiple follow ups with my father to adjust his hearing aids when any issues arise. Beth and her team are wonderful to deal with. I met Beth in 2020 because I wanted hearing aids that would connect to my phone after having read about the Resound brand. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Recently I unexpectedly acquired a set of Resound hearing aids and asked her if she would be able to set them up for me. We were visiting from Hawaii and my boyfriend lost a piece to his hearing aid. It was early Saturday morning and we called every hearing aid shop we could locate. We left a message at every business and Beth was the only one who called back and she had the piece to fix it. Unfortunately she was 90 minutes away and we didn’t have a car. She was willing to wait for us but it was just too far away. She gave us a few shops near our hotel and we were able to get the hearing aid fixed. We were so grateful for Beth’s assistance to strangers she will never meet and never have a customers. I cannot imagine the service she gives to her actual customers.
