My mother routinely visited this clinic for hearing aid services. She was not allowed into the office and instead handed her hearing aids over in an envelope -- a practice continued long after social distancing for C-19 was discarded. Her ability to hear with hearing aids was poor. Can you care for a client without seeing them? Seemed sketchy. Glad she finally moved on to a more attentive and effective service provider. I would rate this no stars if possible.
Good service for your hearing aids. Cleaned out my ears well. Everything is included in one yearly fee.
