Thrifty White Pharmacy

I'm not a big fan of this pharmacy after Barron's pharmacy was bought out. They hyped their way of claiming they will help folks to remember their monthly meds needed which I assumed' meant all meds! Turns out it doesn't cover pain meds leaving me without them. Be cautious when someone claims to push something to help. Ask questions which I failed to do. UPDATE: Thrifty White came through for me and filled my prescription. They claimed my Doctor wasn't giving the required script for the pharmacy to fill so I cannot blame the pharmacy at this time. I called the pharmacy this afternoon and they were filling my script which I cannot exist w/o. Awesome job but I wish they had a better way of handling all this for older people. Thank you Thrifty White Pharmacy!

Thrifty White employees & pharmacists are excellent. Some patience & positivity would go a long way as they adjust to this merger. Like many businesses, these employees can only do what their bosses allow re hours, number of workers, etc. They are a huge part of our community

What a absolute joke of a business, waited in line in the store for 55 minutes to get meds, and good luck trying to call and talk to anyone. Who's bright idea was it to buy out Baron's without the capacity to handle the added customer load.

I used to love this pharmacy. I went there for years after covid left Walgreens with inconsistent hours because of lack of a pharmacist. All of the employees at thrifty white are great other than their pharmacist. The pharmacist there can barely speak English and was extremely rude and unhelpful. My medication was last filled on 22nd. She rudely told me it couldn't be filled until the 25th(my dr made a mistake) instead of trying to contact the prescribing dr she told me to do it myself in a snotty tone. This was 4pm on a friday when dr is normaly not available. If she contacted the clinic directly then im sure that they could have rectified their fill date error. But instead I went 3 days without my RX because of her. I switched pharmacies because of her. I feel bad for the employees that

Didn't deliver my after surgery meds the day of surgery while I called the day before if I could give zero stars I would the worst experience I have ever had would never use this place ever again
