Hearing Doctors of Georgia

I contacted Hearing Doctors of Georgia to schedule an appointment for a hearing test and to explore the possibility of obtaining new hearing aids. I was clearly told that my insurance was accepted and that the hearing test would be free and complimentary. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the provider who was supposed to assist us, Mia, was in a meeting and would be out shortly. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, Mia finally came out and informed me that they do not accept my insurance. This situation is unacceptable. I was misinformed when I scheduled the appointment, and no one verified my insurance coverage ahead of time. Verifying benefits before an appointment is a basic responsibility of any medical office. Claiming that benefits are only verified

Without an appointment this day, Mia was able to clean and correct and return to me. I was able to get an appointment soon but this was necessary to hear better now! They are a great group with huge hearts!

What a great experience. The office is full of cheerful people who smile and are so helpful. The exam went well and best of all, my hearing is normal!!

Hearing Doctors of Georgia are amazing. Very helpful, great training on how to care for my hearing aids, and just everyone there is super nice!

Five stars aren’t enough in rating my opinion of The Hearing Doctors. Abby, Dr. Jennifer and team go above and beyond to help me with my hearing. I feel strongly that having a local team of caring professionals when it comes to managing hearing loss is critical. They are very responsive, take the time to “listen” and put up with the many challenges I bring their way with my hearing aids. Wonderful folks, great expertise, and there when I need them! 10 stars!
