Hear Me Again

The Dr might be exceptionally qualified and kind but the absolute disorganization of the office, the multiple cancelations, double bookings and near impossibility to actually speak to them is nearly rage inducing! My mother has had appointments canceled because aids were said to be lost only to never have been ordered. My sister, mother and I have struggled to just speak to the dr. Appointment setting is a disaster. None of this review will even matter because we are not in a position to use a different practice.

Went with my mom and gram to get my gram hearing aides and had an amazing experience. She wad able to ease my grams nerves about getting hearing aids in the most fun and pleasant manner. We are so grateful for her kindness and the time she was willing to put in to listen to is, answer all our questions, and make it enjoyable.

My husband needed help with hearing aids he bought online- he was at a real loss and needed hands on help. Randall was SO patient with him- he discovered the cause of the hearing aid that was not working- it was an easy fix, but not for us. He took a good amount of time helping my husband understand what the issue was and how to resolve it in the future. Life saver for us- Highly recommend!!!

My Audiologist has shown great patience in fitting my hearing aids. No feelings of being rushed, and she shares very helpful and specific answers to questions. There is an admirable amount of space here. HEA has a quiet office which has great tech resources and as well as waiting rest rooms. Enjoyable visits, no complaints. Highest recommendation!

Rebecca was amazing. Not only did she help me get my hearing aids refurbished by the manufacturer, but also taught me how to adjust them on my iPhone. Her Spartan office has everything she needs to test, program and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing and spoke realistically about my condition.
