Healthy & Strong Therapeutic Massage

I've been seeing Jamie for years now and his new practice is just as lovely as his former one. As a full time artist I tend to develop unique muscle tightness and pain that he helps to ease tremendously. Couldn't ask for a better therapist!

The office is very clean, warm, and relaxing. I have a back condition, and a very physical and stressful job, so I'm often in pain. I've tried other therapists but their work was just relaxing and not what I needed. Jamie is the only therapist I've found who can do excellent deep tissue work. Though the sessions are still soothing and helps me with my stress. I'm a regular patient. Would definitely recommend.

Easy parking. Keep your eyes out for Armand Rd, it can be a little easy to miss but the drive for the practice is easy to see once you turn onto the drive. Access to the practice is through the attached garage but once you enter the home/practice it is warm and welcoming and the practice's therapy room is down the hall, second door on the right. The room is small but nicely furnished and comfortable. Jamie is a skilled masseuse and pleasant to deal with I have had sessions with him several times over the years. I suffer from shoulder pain from both work and tension and a former neck injury when I was young. I recommend the practice to anyone in need of therapy massage or just to relax.
