Healthy Smiles Family Dental

I absolutely love this Dentist! Receptionists are wonderful! Hygienists are great as well! My Dr. Gerrah is a wonderful human and she provides excellent care. Recently I needed a crown and they put the temp on, letting me know that my tooth had a crack. I called on a Monday about pain- was seen by that Wednesday - they referred me to a specialist and I had a root canal done that same week on Friday. I am no longer in pain, my permanent crown is on and it fits perfect! I feel so lucky to have found this Dentist!

I have been going here for years and their work is no longer good. I have had fillings that that continue to hurt my mouth and are coming out. I had a root canal Done by DR. XU that is not good I have spent around $2500.-$3000. and I’m still in the process of having it done and Michelle the receptionist is very rude, when discussing my bill, I asked her to not be so loud, and she replied EVEN LOUDER that she hast to be that loud AND SHE DID THIS SO EVERYONE in the lobby could hear her. They have been working on my root canal for about EIGHT MONTHS now and I still don’t have a cap. I’m in lots of pain and I’m pretty sure it’s going to have to be pulled and I will have to pay for that too on top of the $2500-$3000 I have already paid for this root canal and cap that I do NOT have. 😡 UPDATE…

Not too happy from my experience here. Had a filling done and had severe sensitivity, I brought it up to them for concern during at least two separate appointments, and was told to “wait it out” since I was also having Invisalign treatment being done (but hey I’m not the doctor not sure why that’d affect my sensitive filling) so I waited it out and now have to have a root canal on the same tooth and have a bill of 4k+. Wish the dentist could have been honest of what needed done sooner or honest that they drilled to far down in the first place. Wouldn’t trust their work again.

I’ve never been a fan of the dentist but healthy smiles has made it a very pleasant experience. They are very caring and friendly. They always make sure you’re doing well while getting work done. I definitely recommend them 100%.
