I have been a patient at Healthy Smiles of Chelsea for over 15 years and have always appreciated the kindness, respect, and professionalism shown to me until now. On 8/25, I called to discuss an Endodontics appointment (which Healthy Smiles had referred me to) and was met with rudeness and complete disregard. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and treated as though I were an inconvenience. My sister, who overheard the call, was equally shocked by how I was spoken to. The next day, when I called to schedule an appointment for a treatment plan and cost estimate, I was quoted nearly $10,000 without being seen in person or receiving any proper plan. The receptionist’s tone was rude, condescending, and dismissive, making it clear they had no interest in assisting me. I have driven over two hour

Love coming here! All staff members are always helpful and friendly and I’m always satisfied with the work done. Highly recommend this office!

This place is a joke. They have no people skills they only care about getting you in and out with out answering any concerns they mess up teeth and do the blame game. I would not recommend they will not fix what they mess up all they care about is getting threw the day and rushing as fast as she can they can’t keep there prices right they will add more to your balance and have you pay more. This place is just not a good place to get you teeth cared for

They changed their hours and didn't notify me until I inquired about my next appointment. I switched dentist and found that all the work they said I needed wasn't as criticle of an issue. I would say if their hours work for you.... proceed with caution.
