Such great pediatricians, always there to help with any concerns or questions the children. The care children need is always available without any issues.

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. First appointment that we brought my DAUGHTER in for a visit, the Dr. referred to her as “he” multiple times, so obviously right away it made us feel like a number, they don’t even look at the charts before walking in. I won’t get into the actual service of the appointments but let’s say subpar at best. The other issue we had a question on our bill since JULY 2024, it’s now January 2025 and despite calling and reaching out over 6x, they never called back. They over charged, and were self pay. We decided to pay it to move on with our lives. This place is run like a mill, the Drs. Talk a good game like they actually care and say we can call anytime and talk to them but that’s a lie. Dr. Sai and her team are exceptional! From the moment we stepped into the office, we felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Sai has a wonderful way with children - my kid immediately felt at ease with her. She takes the time to listen attentively and explains everything clearly. The office is well-organized, and appointments are always on time, which is a huge plus for busy parents. Whenever we've had questions or concerns, Dr.Sai and her staff have been responsive and supportive, whether during office hours or through their after-hours service. Most importantly, Dr.Sai's medical expertise is outstanding. SHe has provided excellent care for my child, and we've seen significant improvements in their health under her guidance.
