The customer service was extremely unsatisfactory. The staff exhibited rude and disrespectful behavior. Whenever contacting their office, no one answers the phone, and voicemail messages are not returned. Additionally, there were instances of receiving messages indicating an appointment scheduled at a time before the office opened, requiring a wait of an hour. Upon arrival, the staff behaved rudely and dismissively, and after a prolonged wait, they apologized and claimed that no appointment was scheduled. This was a reminder I had set for myself to obtain prior approval from my insurance provider. Furthermore, the approval process via insurance takes several months. I strongly suggest that this office be closed or that the front desk staff be replaced.

I went here to fix my teeth, they did 2 fill ins, one of the fill ins has been hurting for a while now, I went back up there the next day and the dentist said, I have to let the gum heal around the tooth and it would feel better, till this day my tooth feels worst than before the filled it in, it’s sensitive to cold and hot and it’s just painful, now I don’t know what to do.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. I really appreciate Evelyn at the front desk for being very friendly and helpful in getting my appointments scheduled. The dentist is highly skilled and thorough, explaining procedures clearly and answering all my questions. The office is clean, highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality dental care in a warm and efficient environment.”

The very Best Dentist I have ever visited. I absolutely Love this Dental office. Very Nice people. The entire staff is Wonderful. I hated going to the dentist.
