Going in here for a lot of years, since they open. Dr. Mai is so knowledgeable ,so smart so compassion to her customers and customers needs. She's a bright star for glendora hometown. Pharmacist needs ate perfect.

Love the personal care and treatment you get with Dr Mai. It’s a small family type of business in a family community. I read other reviews and see poor reviews mainly about Covid. What do people expect, it was Covid and no one can blame a pharmacy or pharmacist on Covid nor can they control the pandemic or Covid test results. Everyone should be grateful she was open, offers free testing, and will get you results and give them as soon as the LAB gives them. She’s not the lab and she didn’t infect people. Be grateful she stayed open, sells supplies, and answers everyone’s questions! She will help you with every little question and health concern. Great personable service. Have been using this pharmacy for a year now and my refills are ready without having to call in. For the complaints I see on Covid restrictions, there is only so much a business can do in such a small space. I tested there many times and never experienced what people have stated.

Dr. Mai is awesome! She's helped so many times...calling insurance, calling doctors, making sure my family gets the medication we need and refills filled on time and usually before I even ask. If there's a coupon for a medication she'll find it to help save money. I switched all my family's prescriptions here right after she opened the place and I couldn't be happier! Not to mention she had a great selection of vitamins, supplements, first aid supplies, medical supplies, and other drug store items for a good price and great selection. I never know when I might need aspirin, cough drops, or vitamins, but it sure saves a trip to a big drug store where you can only hope to find what you're looking for.

Not too happy...after receiving my booster shot here the lady pharmacist asked me to consider switching all my prescriptions here...today I went in to fill one and the same lady told me she would not fill it for me, and did not give me a reason... I left, but was bugged, so I called her to complain...at the end of my complaint there was no response...I think she hung up on me! Not a great way to build a clientele
