HealthPro Pharmacy

Literally the worst pharmacy I have every dealt with. They say they open at 10AM, but they don't. I call to confirm my medications for pickup, but no on answers. They also seem very annoyed whenever they have customers. All I need is my medication, but I can't seem to get it without a ton of effort on my end and attitude from the pharmacy.

Super sweet staff, very attentive! They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for, and when I couldn't they said they'd order it, no problem. Great neighborhood pharmacy, I'm gonna try to buy everything I can from here in the future!

So this business has been here in crown heights neighborhood now going on more than 3 years. I've had the pleasure of meeting both the owners and they are very professional very well educated in their field and so willing to assist. I have witnessed the female in charge I can't pronounce her name it's an African name and it's a little hard for me to pronounce Comaige. I'm sorry I really botched up the name nonetheless I would notice how she speaks with the clientele I actually watch her assist a older woman by giving her directions as to how her medicine is to be taken. The woman seemed a little frustrated because she appeared to have not bought her glasses with her but Comaige made sure she explained slowly and the woman understood and said thank you. Thank GOD for HealthPro Pharmacy!!! I called more than ten places today to try to get a Covid-19 Vaccine Pfizer booster. Right when I was about to give up, and wait til *after* Christmas to get boosted (as many other pharmacies that I called had said), HealthPro picked up when I called and said they had Pfizer boosters and I was able to walk in! Also, I found this pharmacy via the nyc.gov website and searching it for covid vaccine info. The pharmacist is a wonderful, professional and amazingly warm and kind lady and her pharmacy is well-kept, clean, and organized as well it is run efficiently. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this entire experience was. Thank you, a million times!!! 😭😭😭🥰🥰🥰😷😷😷 P.s. The bathroom is very clean and cared for very well. 😍
