10am today. old lady at the counter wont accept my Cigna Card from my mobile app and start telling me how i should have printed it before coming there from work or home. like i know i would be sick day in advance. my family have been visiting many doctors in last 2 year with same mobile app card. Never once we were questioned on it. I offered her ill email the copy of card but she complained about how she can only make a copy with scanner! like really it makes difference, or she just want to scan stuff. Unprofessional i left the place! shame!
