Dr. Lai is a phenomenal orthodontist! I was 28 years old when I decided it was time to fix my smile, as I was an adamant thumb sucker for almost 30 years. She was amazing in treatment planning my case. She was very thorough and diligent in explaining the timeframe and the work that needed to go into straightening my teeth. In my case, it took me 2 1/2 years, but the end result was well worth it. I don’t have a negative thing to say throughout any of my time working with Dr. Lai.
